Cancellation Policy

No places are confirmed on the course & you cannot attend the course until the full payment has been received. The course is non-refundable after the start date. What if I have paid in full & I need to cancel before the start date? There are no full refunds. You will receive a partial refund and 40% of your payment will be deducted as a cancellation fee to cover losses & refunded the remainder. REACTIVITY Classes within the hall are for dogs who are friendly and non reactive/ aggressive with unknown people (Strangers) or unknown dogs so they are safe to be around other public members and their dogs. If your dog is reactive or aggressive this is NOT the class to socialise them to try to fix the issue and we have other specific services available for fixing these behaviour presentations that will not disrupt the other learners and be more suitable for you & your dog. Equipment Please keep dogs on leads until Gemma give clear instructions or simply ask if you can remove the lead for an exercise. Gemma DOES NOT allow the use of retractable leads/ choke chain type collars/ slip leads in class (please bring a normal clip lead for classes, you can still bring face harnesses if needed). Gemma does not condone the use of harsh or punitive punishment in teaching a dog to learn, the use of pinching, hitting, poking, biting, pinning a dog to the floor, choking, spraying, kicking, pack leader/ top dog methods to show control or physical pushing or harsh molding for positions. These listed are NOT permitted in class and if Gemma witnesses any of these listed or anything she deems as inhumane treatment she reserves the right to dismiss you from class & refuse to continue working with you & your dog. Invoices Completion of your invoice via payment secures your binding agreement & contract to the full terms & conditions. A full terms and conditions will be emailed to you post booking.
