Areas covered I can travel a certain distance (ask for your area) for private 121 sessions, fuel charges are added for those outside of Grimsby & Cleethorpes area. However Gemma does see clients nationally, via zoom remote consultations where needed so distance/ travel cost is not an issue!

In person group classes are within Grimsby, N/ E Lincolnshire only.

As Gemma is one person & works solely please be aware that it can take some time to respond due to high consult demand and when in consultations Gemma cannot answer her phone therefore contacting Gemma via phone call is the slowest form of contact for response, if you cannot use the form you can also drop Gemma a text on 07872 472 721 and be prepared that you may need to book a time slot for a phone call due to schedule demand.
All correspondence will be responded to
Mon-Fri but NOT over the weekend (Gemmas busiest work time). During very busy periods please expect a delay.
